Maintenance of the Roasting Machine

1. Before starting up,  check whether the worm gear box is short of oil  once a week.

2. Turn off the air switch when the roasting  machine stops working. If it is not used for a long time, clean up all the materials inside the drum , add to a small amount of edible oil through the feeding and keep the drum rotating continuously for three minutes , in orde to ensure the drum does not rust.

3. If the sieve of the roasting machine is broken, remove the metal shell of outlet and replace.

4. Havn't  used the roasting machine for a long time. Turn on  the  machine for 10 to 15 minutes without material before using it again.

5. When heating must ratate the drum. Stop heating, continue ratating the drum for 5 ~ 8 minutes.
